On Saturday, January 26, TM Intermediate gifted and talented students competed in the Oceans in Jeopardy Tournament held at Incarnate Word Academy.  The student competing were Dustin Pate, Colton Hattersley, Jason Jalufka, Kyle Smith, and alternates Ryan Jalufka and Ryan Villalon.  Their coach, Mrs. Trevino, helped students prepare for a test on ocean curriculum provided by the Texas State Aquarium.  After several rounds of competition that day, the group was awarded a fourth place plaque.  An awards ceremony was held at the Texas State Aquarium that evening for the parents and the four finalist teams.   Congratulations to all of the students and their sponsor.
